Load Ejectors
The PHIL Load Ejector system helps dislodge sticky material that clings or sticks to the truck body.
A series of overlapping, jointed plates are attached to the top of the front slope plate and extend down the body floor. In the dump cycle, the Load Ejector plates slide down and out of the body, hanging vertically, to eject sticky material. As the truck body lowers, the Load Ejector plates automatically retract and conform to the body contours.
With the PHIL Load Ejector system, there is little or no material build-up. Capacity is increased and the need for bed cleaning is virtually eliminated.
Depending on the application, standard, built-up and rotating headframe mounted systems are available. The Load Ejector can be used in conjunction with the PHIL Autogate® Tailgate.
Proven Performer
Each unit is designed and engineered to ensure full truck utilization. With the PHIL Load Ejector, full capacity utilization is achieved and the need for bed clearing is minimized with little or no material buildup or carry back.
