Load Ejectors
The PHIL Load Ejector system helps dislodge sticky material that clings or sticks to the truck body.
A series of overlapping, jointed plates are attached to the top of the body front slope and extend down the body floor. During the dump cycle, the Load Ejector slides down and away from the body, hanging vertically, to dislodge sticky material. As the truck body lowers, the Load Ejector slades back into place and conforms with the contours of the body floor and front slope.
With PHIL Load Ejectors, there is minimal material build-up. Capacity is increased and the need for manual bed cleaning is virtually eliminated.
Depending on the application and maximum body rotation, standard low-profile, built-up or rotating mounts are needed, which will be determined at time of order. All PHIL Load Ejectors can be used in conjunction with PHIL Autogate® Tailgates and Sideboards for maximum versatility and efficiency.
Proven Performer
Each unit is designed and engineered to ensure full truck utilization. With the PHIL Load Ejector, full capacity utilization is achieved and the need for bed clearing is minimized with little or no material buildup or carry back.
